In order to meet the customers' demands of fast and precise cutting for pattern printed materials, IECHO has developed the Automatic Vision Scan Cutting System for Textiles, Carpet and Sign industries. The system uses high-precision and low-distortion linear scanning camera to recognize and capture the patterns data during feeding, extracting the contours of the patterns. Then the software automatically convert the contours into cutting files. The cutting files will be automatically sent to cutting control software to perform the cutting. The process automatically continues till the end of the materials.
